About Me

It was during my senior year in high school that I was first introduced to "technology" and the power that it held for me as a learner. I got a used Macintosh computer for my birthday and it was love at first byte. Not knowing much about computers and the emerging Internet, I spent hours teaching myself about how everything worked and how it would benefit me as I prepared for my freshman year at Syracuse University.

College taught me a lot about education and technology (most through risk-taking and trial-and-error), and I started to see how powerful it would be for my students someday.

Now that I am in my own classroom, I have been able to successfully merge my technological knowledge with my pedagogical creativity to build an environment of 21st century learning.
